D-Bol only 1 & 1/2 weeks in..................

To the OP, get some Nolva liquid from AG. But you don't need to take any anti-e's mid cycle unless you have sides. If you don't, hold it for PCT.

If you aren't already, start taking some milk thistle for your liver, or Tyler's. And stay away from the booze. Hawthorn Berry for your BP, Saw Palmetto for your prostate, and a good multi to allow your body to be in the best muscle building state.

I hope you are eating, training, and resting properly. Otherwise you are setting yourself up to be another newbie on Dbol who gets less than nothing from his 1st cycle...

Sides....I got high BP, back pumps, calf pumps, gyno at week 6. I took Nolva ED to keep the water down, but I didn't take any anti-e's until I saw my gyno starting. Then I took adex at 1mg ED since I only had 2 weeks left. It stopped it from going any further and the Nolva I did for PCT blasted it away. I also used a little Femara to really kick it's ass, but that was a little too much anti-e, oh well.
 
Order more dbol and bump it up to at least 40mg per day. Take your Nolva. Gyno is different with everybody. Some get it easier than others, you cannot predict this by someone's elses experience. However, dbol is usually a compound that will 'start' most peoples gyno problems so keep this in mind. You should not have any problems at 40mg/d. It clears the system quickly and usually it can be reduced when caught immediately with Nolvadex. Therefore, if sensitivity is experienced, you can decrease the daily dosage or quit and things will usually return to normal (when nolva is added or being used).

Common sides are water retention, acne, lower back pumps, etc.....it is a fun drug because its effects are immediate and unlike any other compound as far as pure size is concerned (except maybe anadrol). 10 mg is a waste my friend.

Eat big with lots of protein and healthy fats, train heavy, get lots of sleep and you will grow.

Those of you who say that weed is detrimental to bodybuilding have no idea what you are talking about.(not a flame) Plain and simple. Even Arnold toked up after his heavy leg workouts. It is beneficial in some cases, relaxes muscles after workout and lets them REST...REST= GROWTH. The increased appetite is a bonus also. Also NOT everyone needs anti-es. I personally do NOT TAKE ANY even when on 50 mg dbol/day and 1g test / week + Deca. So that is not the rule for everyone. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle true, but that has nothing to do with enjoying yourself when your workout is over. I feel sory for the people that never enjoy life but are overobsessed with bb'ing. BBing should take 45min-2 hours a day ( depending on cardio etc) no more. All that is needed after that is a correct ammount of sleep and nutrition. That is the lifestlye. If someone wants to relax and smoke up more power to them.

Each person just as you should be able to decide what to put into his or her body. Any dirivation from this way is hipocritical. I look at facts. Don tget me wrong guys if someone posted they were drinnking heavily and using drugs which at any level negatively affected BB'ing i would have to be against that in 110%.
 
If you want to play it safe and you have easy access to more dbol then you might want to just drop back to 10-15mg until you get your anti e's and PCT gear. That and get some milk thistle. That way you wont lose what you've gained, in fact you should keep gaining. Also, you are very unlikely to develop gyno or liver problems on a 10-15mg dose.

That's what I'd do anyhow. If you stop you'll just end up with elevated estrogen levels and no test for a couple/few weeks. Dbol actually shuts you down pretty fast.

Actually that is not true :(

Weed (and the carcinogenic chemicals contained within it) WILL starve the body (AND MUSCLES) of oxygen and thus nutirents as well :o, therefore inhibiting growth (albeit maybe not in a MAJOR fashion) it CERTAINLY isnt beneficial for muscle growth...

The increase in apetite "could" be argued as positive (for those NEEDING extra calories to REALLY grow (i.e. those very RARE ectomorphs)
