Hey guys I lift almost everyday and feel like I haven't gotten any bigger in the past year. I really want to take D Bol so i could explode and was wondering if you guys could help me with dosages, a pct, where to get it and how to take it. Thanks
I weigh 155 and for sets of 5 on bench I do 230, deadlift 375 , squat 315, incline 205. I don't really have a set diet but I drink at least 2 protein shakes a day and try to eat healthy foods.
This is why we ask for stats... All of you guys who gave advice without getting stats are being warned to not do it again or you will be infracted... The fucking kid is only 18!
