considering how much gear your taking i would go with between 25-30mg, depending if you have taken it before, which im assuming you havn't.

If this is your first cycle (it sounds like it is), reduce the dosage accross the board. As far as dbol, not more than 30mg daily, preferably 3 x 10mg every 8 hrs.
