D-bol, gyno and no Nolva on the hand

Ok guys I made a stupid thing.

After few years off I took some Dbol again, the dosages are 45mg/day, I reduced them to 30mg/day because last week I felt a litlle lump under my left nipple. I couldn't get any Nolvadex and getting Femara (letrozole) is allmost impossible here. I will get my Nolvadex at the end of this week. So what to do now. My nipples were always puffy and if I touched them or were cold they looked normal, but now they are really awful. Will Nolva help to get normal nipples or must I try with Letro?

Why is it impossible to get letro? That stuff is readily available everywhere

Yes on prescription yes but without not, even my source who has got me everything so far can't get me any femara. What is the price for a Femara package? The thing is I don't buy stuff online, I get it myself from my friend who is quite a big source here and the prices are far lower than those online but usually have to wait for a week or so. I used to buy my stuff by myself in Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece but those times ar over...

OK, now my supplier is offering me proviron instead of nolvadex, but I want to get rid of the lump which should be possible with nolvadex or femara, what now??? Am I too late now?

your fuked, you got to make sure you have enerything on hand bro, failing to do so is like begging for set of mantits, and I know all about it I have had the surgery.

nolva will not get rid of the lump but it MAY help slow it down, so yes take untill you get letro, dont fuck around go and order it now!

This is the 2nd dbol only cycle run I've read today. You guys must love to shrink after coming off.
