If I am taking 30mg ed is it allright to take 2 at 8am 2 at 11am and the last 2 at 3pm ...I am in the gym everyday at 4:00.............or go with 3 at noon and 3 at 3:00

The board infoprmed me to tell him to do 2 when he gets up, 2 before wokout and 2 before bed.

Or do 1 tab every 3 hours...even if you have to get out of bed in the middle of the night

You will be fine....just break it up 3 times a day for good results. Every 8 hours would be ideal, but not critical to do so.
