D-BOL Dosage?

If i'm planning to take 30mg of dbol ED for 4-5 weeks, do I take one every 3 hours? What is the recommended way to spread out 30mg of 5mg tabs?

Dbol 1/2 life = approx 3-4 hours
Dosage = tabe every 3-4 hours

IMO i would try and judge it so your 3-4 hours conicides approx 1 hour before training. I always do as i love the pump also it is in the mind and helps me train better.

Through out the day huh?? When I was taking them I just popped them all at lunch time. Guess I'll have to change that around now. Good post guys.

1 every 3 hours. you shouldn't have to wake up to take any. just start when you get up normally.

When I was taking dbol I would take a dose at breakfest ,lunch, and dinner.
