D-bol back pumps/milk thistle?

Does anyone know for sure what causes the back pumps that sometimes come when using d-bol?

Has anyone had good results using milk thistle?

Are there any other supliments that may help?

You get an intense burning/pump in your lower back when you run on the treadmill or sometimes just walking or doing something like dumbell curls. I personally am bothered most by it during squating.

Milk Thistle works, but I can't remember which brand he said did the best for it

Not trying to hijack a bro's thread but I get these bad cramps on my back...its not a burning feeling as descibed above but it hurts like a mofo. I dont just get it in my back though, most come in the rear delt! Just had one 10 min. ago, I was just taking out the trash and bam... I had to drop that sucker and stretch out my shoulder. Even though the pain sucks at some points, like when I am carrying/lifting heavy shit in the gym, I am still going to agree with KA-Bar and say that D-bol is the shit. The pain is worth it.

Start with 5 and work from there when you feel those pumps

Just to add to radar's post - get the tabs. I got some bulk Milk Thistle and capped it and it was a mess. It sticks to everything and smells like **it. It took me 30 minutes to wash my cap-m-quick. I saved probable $40 and I have enough Milk Thistle to last me a year but it is so rancid it is not worth it.

All tabs i tried were worthless, the capsules contain 80% standardized extract

As Said before not all supplements are created equal, drink a lot of water and you should be fine.

I read a post somewhere that a lot of people were saying Icy-Hot or something like it works well. I don't know, never had a problem with D-bol. I'm on Naps now and they don't bother me either. Do Naps do the same thing?

Hard to say ,everyone is different,dosage plays a key role also

I took 500mg today when I did deadlifts and it helped quite a bit..

BTW i started on dbol 3 days ago 30mg/day 10mg 3x/day except today I didn't get up till noon so I took 2 after waking and about 45 min before my workout.

The pumps discussed here aren't made by Reebok. They are debilitating - and you wouldn't "want" to get them during a deadlift or squat session.

yeah. I felt a hint of it 2 days ago. Today I grabbed some milk thistle, 250mg per cap and tossed down 2 of them before the workout. I was able to get 455 up a couple of times. I did have a slight pump in the back, but a good one, nothing that made it difficult to do much more after relaxing and stretching between sets.
