Hi all, im new to this forums and the reviews of each steroid from you guys seems to be top class.

I am having a problem with my weight, im around 105kgs BFP 28% and looking to get down to around 95kgs and reduce the BFP big time.

I have been reading up on a thyroid drung T3's Cytomel and they seem to work really really well even on a high calorie diets. Just wondernig if you do the cycle correctly that they say to take 25mg 3days and gradually increase it by 2mg every third day up to 100mg will it have any long term effrect on my thyroid?

Any advicce on people who have took it will be mre than welcome

Thanks for read people

Sounds like your looking for a short cut. Your best bet to get started with is diet and excercise.

T3 is not the answer my friend!!!

A good diet and a good routine consisting of a sufficient amount cardio is what you need.

Agreed, if however you are going to use anything I would suggest researching other options. You can really fuck up your thyroid with that stuff. There are many effective options and you can find a lot about them just go throughout the board. If your diet and exercise are not in check you will never get the results you hope for, and if you have noticed no change in body composition after eight weeks your calories are still far too high. If this is your first attempt at fat loss it will take a lot of trial and error to get where you want, but as far as a low cal diet, only you can find the neccessary amount of cals needed to lose weight. It is recommended to go as low as 10x desired bodyweight or as high as 15x. Stick to foods such as tuna, chicken breast, turkey, and lots of greens with a little fruit and keep check on the carbs, you should be dropping fat in no time.
