Were you asking a question, or showing the pic? Either way... you look great... I prefer the lean fitness look myself as well...
 
Looks good. You should raise your forearm more and squeeze your pec's together to give a more commanding presence.
 
NIce and lean bro. Nice delts. At your height and size and for a second cycle you would be alright bumping up the dosage to maybe 500 if you really wanted. I usually never recommend that, but you may have better results. Never hurts to play it safe though.

Good gosh! Hell of a comp there man, many thanks. I didnt post any real front shots as I am on the comeback from a torn pec and my chest has really suffered.

Not running any anti-e's - or at least I dont plan on it - but will have some nolv on hand just in case. I'm going to play it by ear week by week as far as dosage but for now plan on just 1 cc a week. This is a dupe of my last cycle which brought me up to 240 from 218 after 8 weeks. I'll update, hopefully with a 585 deadlift and squat pic! That's kind of my goal besides SIZE on this one. Previous bests are 550 dl (in a meet) and 555 sq (in the gym)

again, thanks for the compliments, I FEEL better than I thought I LOOKED after seeing the pics :D

Leg pic is great. I remember when you posted one a while back. They were ripped and vascular. Your thigh developement reminds me of Arnolds. People always say he had bad thighs, I think they were great. You hardly ever see quads with such deep cuts, and vascularity as his, in that one pic you posted a while back, you had the same look.

If you decide to maintain your lower body, while increasing the size of your upperbody, you would have a look of a statue come to life. Your pecs look like they are naturally big, and round. I wouldn't worry about not working them heavy. Just focus on the quality of the rep, and form. Size will come quickly.

200mg, thats another thing that gets me. Theres people doing 750mgs a week, who don't look half as good. Go figure....
 
Glad to see someone else that doesn't rely on tons of gear for their gains. You look great, good luck with the cycle.

I was getting phenomenal gains with 250mg of test this cycle, which was my first bout with enth... until I started losing my hair like crazy. Now it's just 800mg of EQ for me hehe, I just hope my hair stops falling out. Although this is nice dose of EQ, it just doesn't compare to what 250mg test was doing for me :(
 
You got nice legs man, didn't show up in first pic sorry. I'm a little bit of a platz fan, if you know what I mean, so my eyeballs is [sic] off. But your accomplishments are amazing, I woulda been tempted to stay natural if I were you, as you've done so amazingly. I'll be very interested to see if you can make that dose work, if so I may have to rethink my AAS useage . . . Again, nice work you look like steve reeves or something -- fabulous.
 
IMo 200mg is no where near enough. Thats about what the body produces naturally and if you look at it from the standpoint that once you take it for a couple of weeks and depress your own natural production, the extra 200mg/week is just barely making up for that. This is the main reason I always use 500mg/week or more. Your pics look great though, and judging by them you probably already know this. Good work bro, keep up the good work.

I was under the impression that (and read somewhere) that a healthy 21 yr old male produces anywhere from 7 to 11 mg per day, so that would be roughly 50 to 80 mgs per week.

Actually, I wasn't really up on this but my first try at it (at 200/week) produced such size and strength gains I just thought I'd try what worked again. Granted, it was my first time. Squat went up 75 pounds after 13 years at it. I was pretty impressed. I dont have the numbers but I have always suspected that my natural test is low. Anyways, thanks for the encouraging words

I am actually going to start a cycle with 200mg test and 200mg deca for 12 weeks, im doing it through my doctor. He said that would be plenty but I keep hearing on the boards that those doses are too low.

BTW, did u notice that being on the test helped you lose fat or keep fat down? I will be dieting while on this cycle but hpefully wont retain too much water. I know there are better drugs for dieting but when you are doing it legit, you dont really have acces to all these other drugs like primo, etc.... Actually can get anavar but that shit is waaaay too expensive, might just get enough for 4 weeks at the end of my cycle....

That's not true. Only in rare cases, individuals produce like (max) 150mg of test naturally per week. Normal is around 50-90mg per week, so his dosage is fine. I understand that the dosage will shut his normal test down, but it's gonna be shut down from like 90mg --> 0 until post cycle. There were a couple other posts as far as natural test production. I'm too lazy to search, but if anyone can find them, please post links up.

just weighed in at 231 (always weigh in dressed and at the same time of day) so I am up nearly 13 pounds. Definitely feeling it. Great pumps and the weights just go up that didnt before. Body temp seems to be up a notch or two. Waking up hot as hell during the night and my wife says I'm like a damn furnace in the room - ha! Have some swelling and redness from prick 2 days ago, got me limping. Should have stuck to the same spot

sorry, I missed your post man. You got a good doc there man...lucky. How did he justify it? HRT? Just curious....PM me if you get a chance

as far as the bodyfat/water...I dont seem to be holding much. I drink a gallon a day and with the elevated body temp I feel like I am leaner...burning it off
 
when you guys are saying 200mg a week is ok because the body produces only 80mg or whatever, you are majorly neglecting the fact that the cypionate weight is a major part of the 200mg!

you are not getting 200mg of testosterone from 200mg of testosterone cypionate
 
this is not exact but i think the ester takes up about 30% of the total makeup..

and the proof is that he is making gains...

gains come more from DIET and Training then gear...

with the weight of the ester removed, a 200mg shot of enth/cyp ends up leaving you with somewhere in the 180mg range of test
 
Hit 2 plates for military on the smith today for 6, a personal record. Bodyweight is not up much more but I just really started pounding the shakes

I do feel a decent pump thru most of the day, even get a good one washing my hair :)

At this point, I dont think Ill be maxing out like I had planned, I am trying to hit 8 reps or so on most sets. still kind of babying my pec tear. thanks for asking
