I started a thread about a week ago and got great answers from you guys. I did more reserch and came up with a new injection cycle. Let me know what you think.

monday and thursdays 1cc @200mg.

But I am also thinking that my last 2 or 3 weeks maybe I should up my doses to 1.5 cc @200mg

Would it be beneficial to end my cycle at a higher dosage, or would it make no point. And when should I start to feel the results. I started April 6 1.5cc then april 8 1cc and april 11 1cc. Am I being realistic to get my bench from 245 to 315.

I know I have alot of questions but I need some straight answers from people that know. Thanks again.
 
Bro just shot 1 cc (200mg) every Monday and Thursday for ten weeks! don't worry so much on when its going to kick in, it will kick in when it kicks in!!! For myself, cyp usually kicks in around the third to fourth week of my cycle. You don't need to up the dosage for the last few weeks, it won't do any good for you!!!This should be your cycle set up:

Week 1-10 Test @ 400mg/week
Then start clomid 2-3 weeks after your last cyp shot!!!

Don't worry so much about the gear, just train hard and properely, make sure your eating a lot (tons of protein, clean carbs, aim for 3500-4000 calories a day......) and plenty of rest!!! Good luck with the cycle bro.

By the way why are you doing roids??? Just to get your bench up???
 
ok, my current cycle:

dbol, 20-25mg/ed 1-3 weeks
test cyp, 400-500mg/wk 1-10 weeks

For the first 5 weeks I did 400mg, Mon and Thurs. Then decided to up the dosage to 500mg. The only real different I have noticed is my sides getting a little worse (acne is all) and my weight stopped tappering and jumped just a little. I am up 27lbs and am holding very little water. I will let you make your own decision, since afterall, it is your decision. Hope I helped!

I'm not doing it just for my bench. All of my buddies are using and I am tired being average. I want to be large and in charge.

I am already 6'1 now at 225. But Iwant to lose the pot that I gained since I quit football. I also am a bouncer at a bar where I live and need the extra size to throw around. You think the gear I got will do the job?
 
Yes man you'll be fine, its your first cycle so you will grow like crazy no matter how much shit your taking!! However, your next cycle is going to be a better planed, and you will be better prepared for it!! Just make sure your eating a lot bro and your will grow!! Good luck with the cycle!!
 
Cypionate takes a little while before it kicks in thats why people usually kickstart their cycle with dbol or anadrol. Since its your first cycle you will be fine though. Everyone is different how their body responds as far as strength and mass go so nobody will be able to answer how much you "should" gain. Also the only time that it is really benificial to up your dose is by front loading and this is done at the beginning to get your blood levels up faster.

keep the dose the same, for me i dont really start feeling the full effects of cyp and enan until week four just relax and keep eating. the bench in my opinion should not be your main focus, eat right train hard and everything else will fall into place. you will be throwing up big numbers before you know it, but beware you dont want to go too big too fast or your going to injure your body.

your bench WILL get to 315 if you eat hard and train harder...also check out the powerlifting forum for tips on how to bench a shitload more just by having proper form--I put 50 lb on my bench just by fixing my form
 
Thank you very much for all of the help. I'll keep you all posted as to my gains and everything. You are sooooo right next time I will be better prepared and will probably throw dbol into the mix.
