Cynoplus t3 t4

I need a little help...

Here's my question for you, I have some Cynoplus (50 tabs @3 mgs) and I'm trying to figure out how to convert them to 12.5 mcg, etc. They are a t3/t4 combo so I'm confused on how to cycle.

arent those 12.5 mcg t3 / 27.5 mcg t4?

i know that pure turkish t3 25mcg are now discontinued but substituted with the abovementioned blend.

levotiroxina sodica 120 mcg and liotironina sodica 30 mcg. Is the levo. the t4 and the liot. the t3?
