Any recomendations or experience with cynomel? I was planning on pyramiding. 1X25mg ed for 4 days, then 2x25, 4 days, 3x25 4 days, 4x25 and then pyramid back down for a period of 6 weeks. Am I on the right track?

Your pyramid looks right. Only use T3 when your metabolism has slowed down due to dieting.
 
I would say no to your curent plan. Do at least 7 days between upping or lowering by 1 pill. Just to be safe bro.
 
yeah bro..i've been on t3 before its a safe bet to just up the dosage every wk instead of every 4th day...so just up it every monday
 
with my use and ive prob done 10 cycles of t3 and had done blood work after many of them because i am a blood work freak.lol There is no need to ramp up very slowly. Example of what i do:
day 1 20mcg
day 2-5 40cg
day 6-7 80-100mcg
I will then stay on 80-100mcg for 6-8 weeks depending on fat issues :)
I have stayed on t3 at a low dose of 50mcg for 12 weeks and no problems when getting off.

I also dont see a big need to ramp down as slow as people think you have to
Example:
last week of t3 drop down to 25mcg ed then the last day 1/2 tab

Thats it and like i said never have had any problems and ive done many many t3 cycles

I have clen and cynomel, which do you think works better? I am also taking prop, tren, and winnie. Starting today.

After 4-6 weeks of continuous dieting, your T3 levels will be low. That's when you add T3 to increase your metabolism again.
