Its been a year since my last cycle...
My primary goal is shedding fat......im 5 10 200...im happy with my strength and size....i want to get lean and further define my muscles....
Im also very concerned about Gyno....i had puberty Gyno as a kid...had it removed when i was 22..im 36 now........have done 7 cycles from 23 - 35
im concerned because I noticed about 2 months ago a layer of fat around my chest that wasnt there before........my chest was never perfect after the 2 surgeries i had, there was always a bit of lose skin there...it just seems as if the lose skin filled back up.....I was off cycle for almost a year at that point and took my PCT (always do)...i figured I was just getting a little fat but Ive been dieting and its not budging...not sure what to do about it at this point....
I'm going to do sick cardio (45-60min empty stomach cardio), 4-5 days a week and high rep routines (10-15 reps per set), Ill go heavy once a week...live on Protein with little carbs...
So I need a good cycle and any suggestions for my Chest Issue.......
