Cyclotren and Monsterdrol stack for $73.99 for a limited time.

Re: Log: The Get Ridiculously Huge Stack

So, I just entered in everything I was planning on eating tomorrow, and I'm not sure if the totals are what I should be aiming for or not. Any feedback is appreciated.

Calories: 4,138
Fats: 85g
Carbs: 506g
Proteins: 354g

Are the carbs too high?

The carbs are fine for what it really takes to put on good solid muscle mass. Most people do not realize that it takes food and lots of it to grow.

Re: Log: The Get Ridiculously Huge Stack

Day 1 went off without a hitch. My only observations would be the following. I felt a little jittery throughout the day. It was kind of like I had a caffeine buzz. It was also a pretty big adjustment trying to up my calories so significantly. I didn't quite hit the 4,000 mark, but I was close at around 3,800. I felt like all I was doing was eating or drinking a shake. The other thing I noticed was some cramping in my calves after my leg workout. This rarely happens to me unless I'm really dehydrated, and I drank a ton of water yesterday. Obviously, I don't have any noticeable improvements in the gym on day 1. I'm sure I'll be reporting more of that stuff in a couple weeks. I probably won't put anything down here until I start noticing some strength and weight gains. I'll check in on here if I notice any more reactions to the supplements or if I have anything else of note to share.

Lets keep the calories around 3500-3800 since 3800 was difficult for you to put down and I dont want you to burn out on eating so much over maintenance. Lets try around those numbers for a week and see how you feel and then we will adjust again as we go if we have to. The idea is to put on as much lean muscle as possible with minimal body fat.

Re: Log: The Get Ridiculously Huge Stack

3500-3800 sounds good. Today has been a bit easier. A couple weeks into it, and I probably won't even think about it. I've been pounding water like crazy to make sure I don't get dehydrated. I think I'm burning an extra couple hundred calories a day with all the times I have to walk to the bathroom.

Re: Log: The Get Ridiculously Huge Stack

Day 3:

My gym's hours are a bit different with the holidays, so I had to go in this morning. I usually just weigh myself every Monday, but I figured what the hell. I was pleasantly surprised. After about 5-6 weeks of being stuck at 180, I was up 3 lbs. I would attribute this in part to the increase in caloric intake, but typically with the changes I've made, you'd only expect to put on about 1/2 a lb of weight per week. Thus, I have to come to the conclusion that the P-Plex and 1-T are doing something. I also noticed that the weights were a bit easier, and I was able to throw up a few extra reps. If this is where I am at the beginning of day 3, I can't wait to see where I'll be in another 7.5 weeks.

IMHO I would be taking sesamin + r+ala to reduce fat storage on a bulk. PPAR-alpha increases and PPAR-gamma decreases from the 2 products would come in handy for this level of carbs. But in general I agree that calories are needed to gain mass. From what I've read in this thread the calories seem too high.
