I just registered to this forum because i been trying to see what people have gained and what ppl think about different things such as cyclobolan. I just began taking it 2 days ago and was wondering what everyones gains were like and what i should watch out for. When i read some threads though it seems everyone trying to compete on who knows more about whatever it may be. I been working out for some time and im only 23 bout 165, lean. Im taking it just for a bit of a boost and was wondering if ppl would be interested in hearing about the gains and exactly what i feel. Not too much of the scientific view of it because i honestly dont know too too much in that topic. But workout, gains, weight, BF, health.
 
i tried it with cyclotren... i only did three weeks
weeks 1-3 2 cyclobolan a day
weeks 2-3 two cyclotren a day..
I gained 13.5 pounds and kept 9lbs
 
Well here it goes im mostly just gona concentrate on my workout because my diet is horrible compared to what i seen posted! you would all definitely eat me up for it. Im not 165 weighed myself at 170 today so my first day working out on cyclobolan is that. My BF is pretty low but ill try to get a trainer to get me exact numbers.

Chest / Tri

Bench Press = warmup bar, 45X12 (1plate per side), 90X10 (2 plate per side), 105x6 (2plate/25plateper side), 135x4(3 plate per side last 2 light spot)

Incline DB = 95lb dumbellsX10, 115X8, 130X6 (no touch spot till last 3)

Flys = 160X10, 180X6, 200X4 then dropset no spotting...

Weighted Dips = warmup 16reps no weight, 45lb plateX10, 3plates X3(saving energy for last set), 5platesX3

cable pull downs = 150lbsX10 for 3 sets
reverse cable pull downs = 150X10 for 3 sets
overhead pullovers w/rope = 100X10, 100X10, 120X6

Bit of abs before i left.

i started sat taking cyclobolan so i shouldnt be seeing too much difference yet, i felt a little sore weird pain on my lower back dont know where it came from but it went away. my workout is mostly a 10,6,4 kind of work out i always go heavy, its worked for me and i hate being spotted, work out on my own but ofcourse ask for spots when i do need. If you must know what im eating ill post it but its horrible.

o sorry as far as what im taking...

-cyclobolan 2 times a day
-v12 creatine morning and post workout(finishing bottle its almost done then ill just be on cyclobolan)
-cytogainer protein 2 times a day with 11/2 cups of milk and 3 scoops per serving
-supercharge for preworkout
-glutamine pre and post workout
 
breakfast: grilled chicken/mashed potatoes
snack: protein shake
snack 2: peanut butter sandwhich
lunch: rice, plantains, steak
GYM
dinner: chicken grill
before sleep another protein shake probably some tuna too
Im sure my diet aint that good, but i dont know too much bout dieting since i was always skinny! lol


Back/Biceps...

-Front Pull Downs: Warm up, 240X10, 260X8, 300X4
-V Close grip Rows: 220X12, 260X8, 300X6 (last couple light spot)
-Machine pull but the lower rang of motion one arm at a time(dont know name) :
3plates each sideX12, 5platesX8, felt really tired dropped to 2 plates and burned
-Wide grip row pulls: 120X12, 140X10, 160X8

-sitting bicep curl machine: 100X10, 120X10, 140X6
-same machine with really close grip: 100X10 3sets
Cable straight bar curl: 120X10,130X8,140X5 DEAD

Lower Back extensions with 25lb plate 3 sets

So far alrdy i dont know if its the cyclobolan but i feel way more pumped after getting my sets in. Feel good, trying to get my dips video on you tube.
