Hey guys.
First time coming off - 2.5 weeks off so far. What should i expect? Here's what's going on in brief:
12 weeks Test cyp/Deca cycle. PCT lined up all the way through the cycle - HCG weekly + Nolvadex - still taking it
I see a bit of a change in size - deflated kinda.., but my weight is still there - didnt lose a pound. BodyFat% is still the same. Strength is up!!! (probably because I went on vacation for a week and had some rest though). I feel like water retention is way lower (look a little smaller but once creatine/pre-workout supplement is in my system, I "inflate" right back up.
I want to stay off for 6 weeks.
WTF should I be expecting?
I am trying to re-tool the diet, low-carbing it for a bit with increase in protein, also cut back to 4 days in the gym - my endurance is down and recovery is noticeably longer (still hurting like a bitch lol ).
Any help/insight appreciated.
