I was thinking about using 4 weeks cycles for my lower DE exercises. My overall goal is to improve my squat, and VJ.

4 weeks - Speed Low Box Squat W chains 60,63,66,70% of 1rm
4 weeks - Jump Squat, not sure on what percentage to use, or how many reps. any suggestions?
Repeat?
any thoughts on how well that would work?
