Cycling effects

Have been natural for about 5 years now and was thinking about doing first cycle. On down the road after a cycle, is it possible to still make natural gains? What are some of the long term effects some of you have noticed after a cycle or two, then going back natural? Fat gain, loss of strength, loss of muscle, slower than normal metabolism etc? Thanks for the help

Its possible but harder and IMO you always have it in the back of your head how good you felt while you were on...depending on what you run and for how low long you could permanently lower how much test your body produces, thus making muscle gain harder if you go natural....

once u travel down the road of aas u will typically find natural gains harder to come by though not impossible.

Well I am almost 35 now and the gains are barely noticeable as it is, so it has come down to doing a cycle and probably making good gains, or stay natural and continue to bust my ass with very little gains. Its frustrating when your 100% dedicated, your diet is on point and your giving everything you have in the gym for what seem like minimal gains at best.

If you've never touched an AAS now would be a great time to get a full blood work up done including testosterone levels....you might qualify for TRT

got test checked about 6 months ago and if I remember right it was 200-300 and the Dr. said it was about normal.

Thats encouraging. What test are you running? Im thinking about trying cyp or enan 12 weeks with a dbol 4 week starter. Currently dieting down and when I get to 6% BF in about 7 weeks Im gonna hit it.

Sust only, Its my first cycle . started @ 250 wk bumped it up to 500wk. Havent had any issuse with gyno or acne .

Having proper PCT after cycles, and ample rest time helps keep he gains. You will keep gaining naturally, but not as much as on cycle obviously.

There is no such thing as a bridge or being on-cycle all the time. These two concepts are bs. Appologies if I offend anyone.
