Need to know best and safest way to cycle 10 sostenon 250s and 20ml/50mg Stan(V) for max gains and longevity.

Someone may get hurt or wasteful if this info isnt provided...please help

Sust at 500mg/week for weeks 1-10
Winny at 50mg/Day for weeks 5-10
Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of Sust
