Hello all. I am 5'8 175 lbs about 14-16% BF. I just wanna gain about 10 lbs lean muscle and shed as much fat as possible in an 8 week cycle. not for competition or anything, just trying to reach personal goals. Right now, My goal is to be about 185-190 6-8% BF (i.e. AF catalog). Seeing as I have never seen my abs, accomplishing this goal would do wonders for my motivation. I am currently consuming 200-230 grams of protein a day. (Still good to consume a decent amt of protein on a cutting cycle. My knowledge tells me OF COURSE). I want to start AS. I am thinking a cycle of Fina 75 MG EOD, and Winny (tabs) 50 MG ED. Also some Clomid but not sure when to start/doses. I could throw some test in there but i only want to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle. Would this 8/10/12 week cycle at least get me half way there. I am doing about 60 mins of cardio 6-7 days a week (thinking of going 2x a day). I want to be extremly lean and defined. As soon as I ride that out for a while and be happy with myself, I will then go on a mass cycle. I am thinking a 12 week cycle would accomplish this, so that will take me Nov Dec and Jan. Then FEB MAR I will go on a short (8 week) mass cycle so as to gain a little mass but not get the BF too high. So APRIL MAY (loose water) JUNE JULY and AUG, I will go on another Cutting cycle to look best/most ripped for summer. What do you guys think???
