My workout history is slim, small town nobody to help. Been workingout for 9 months 4 to 5 times a week, just started diet lots of fish and chicken. Don't really have alot of info because nobody has ever helped. Not looking to be a body builder just want to get into great shape. Thinking of drinking whey protein for breakfast and lunch and lots of white meat for dinner. 5' 10 220lb and need to shed some fat. Hope that helps because thats all I got. Started treadmill today for 25 min, Is it ok to do alot of cardio while taking this??? always heard as a kid that some of this stuff could hurt your heart if you do to much cardio, small town lots of negative feedback. Anything will be greatly appreciated
