Cycle without sleep?

Hey new guy here with a question. I am 27, 5'9", 155lbs, very lean/low body fat (just a pinch from beer), I have been lifting steady for three years now, mostly just endurance before that. I have taken a few PH when they were legal, and a few of the grey methyl products after the ban. I am looking to add 15lbs solid muscle after it evens out, but my question is:

I work alot. On average I work 100 to 120 hours out of a 168 hour week. Sometimes more, and these shifts can stretch more than 30 hours. I just finished a 34 hour day earlier, and my body (must be getting older) hasn't gotten the sleep I believe I require to recover from my previous two workouts. This also interfers mith my workout schedule: I have dumbbells in my office, and I do pushups all shift if the shft falls near a chest day. I wake up at 5am, work out, run, then go to work for 30 hours, while I am at work, I drink coffee and do somewhere between 200 to 300 pushups (usually at the end of shift), and use the weights for whatever I have near (bicepts the next day or shoulders, ect...) When I don't work these shifts I work out at 6am, then again at 6 or 7pm when I get off work. On average I run 13 to 15 miles M-F, and have traditionally been a long distance runner. I love running, but I also love lifting and want to bulk up without losing my speed/endurance. My off days are Sat and Sun (if I am not working).

This places great stress on my body, but my family needs the money (I make more here than I could elsewhere) and it is only until my wife finishes college. How would this affect my first cycle if I was planning on taking:

1-10 500mg/week of Test E (split M and Thr)
12-16 40mg/day nolvadex

I eat ALOT o food, my body has always burned everything. Mostly baked chicken, ham, and steaks if I can. But because of my work schedule I rely on protein shakes more than I would like to...

Well, from my experience you can't be a distance runner and be bulked up-it just doesn't work.

Are you up 30 hours? Holy snizzle, man!

Stop running, start cooking lots of food cause protein shakes are not going to do it. You can add a mass gainer here and there but you need real food and heavy lifting to put on any size.

Switched to sprints and short distances, like 3 miles. Believe me I eat all I can, my calories consumption between 5 and 830am is roughly 1800 every workoutday. That includes eggs potatoes oatmeal pancakes banana cantelop milk yogurt and whatever else I can get a hold of....

Yeah, you should see what my kitchen looks like after a 130 hour week... That includes Sat and Sun when I'm on shift

Okay, these threads of 150-175lb guys wanting to use steroids are rediculous.

You can add 15lbs by working out, dieting and sleeping. If you can't do all three of those extremely basic steps, you don't need to be injecting illegal drugs for an attempted shortcut. Steroids are not magic. They are used as a suppliment for those who have already pushed their body's limits of training and diet.

If you are unable to properly work out and diet, long-distance running notwithstanding, you're going to be extremely disappointed at any results these magical steroids might possibly give you.

HTH

Just curious what kind of job do you do, are you in this country?

You can not do a cycle with out rest, diet, cardio, training, etc............

I have increased my weight over the past years from 128 to 155 with weight training, I am not looking for a shortcut. I have done those basic steps - I work hard, and am not afraid of hard work. There are alot of people who are not blessed with genetics, I was blessed with a HIGH metabolism however. I am not looking for "magic", I am looking for a suppliment, and have already been training and dieting for years. And believe me, I have pushed past my body's limits of training, sometimes not by my choice. My body responds to this training by becoming denser, leaner, and more adapt at endurance performance. This is what I am. I have more muscle than any other man in my family, and the lifestyle I chose is the reason. I do not have a choice, I must conduct intense cardio.

Cannot say, but I travel alot. In the past 24 months of my marriage I have been inside my house a total of 3 months, this time was split up over several different occasions. No the job is dull, boring, but I have a chance to do what I always wanted to do, and I love it - until about hour 20 or 22. My wife would rather I quit, but then we would lose the house, and we couldn't afford to feed our son. She is at the end of her medical degree, loans and all, and I have been taking courses steady for the past four years, and I am almost finished with my degree - one more year! Online courses made that possible with this job, although it is still hard to find the time. Currently I am around 10K miles away from my wife and son, who are somewhere on the east coast. Nothing glamorous, just would like to remain anonymous.

You have a fridge at work, if no bring a cooler. Pack it with tuna s/wiches, turkey s/wiches, cottage cheese, PB/jelly s/wiches, Flax oil twice a day etc....
You will not put on size doing that much cardio especially running! I used to run x-country. Very catabolic to the system - all that pounding.
Goes with-out saying you will make better gains with proper sleep/rest but the body is pretty amazing and 6 good hours is okay for a lot of people. I'm not
so sure on all these push-ups and other exercises you are doing at work. Could be some overtraining there especially with the long work weeks and hitting the gym. Do some research on overtraining and you will see that the body can get there very fast and can take a long time to recover fully from hard workouts. Good luck!
