gained 12 lbs holding little water
bench has gone up 30 lbs
The QV enantat lot#003 expir. date dec. 2004 was in question a few weeks ago someone was claiming it was no good, but id have to disagree strongly
Happy with results so far hopefully the next 6 weeks will be as good. If anyone is curious of the lote #s of the others to see if their gear is legit just let me know
