wanted to let you all know how my cycle has been going.
fyi
i started a cycle about 9 weeks ago. here is what it consisted
SUS week 1-12 500mgs week 13-15 250mgs
FINA week 1-5 100mgs ed (stopped on 2nd week hated the side effects) used a's kit
EQ week 3-12 400mgs
GH week 3-20 3iu ed
HALO week 8-11 25mgs ed
Liquidex eod .25cc
Old stats 26years old, 242lbs 17%bf. 315lbs bench
New stats 254lbs at 14%bf (week 6 i was at 257lbs) (just started cardio this week) 355lbs bench,
PROS. this is the first time i have used test without hardly any water retention. even when i got to 257lbs. strength is great. but im not using heavy weights. i rep 15-20 4-5 sets per excersize. i love the GH, my skin has never looked soo good. and my hair is fuller and thicker, even on a cycle. the eq and halo is amazing, im getting very hard and vascular, and i have not expierenced the bad attitude from halo
CONS. i had to stop the fina, got some weird side effects such as hair loss, bad breath, acne, infection, and bad moods. other than the fina i got a little acne not much. thats about all, almost no cons to date (other than the fina sides)
question to you guys: i want more fat loss and more muscle gain. im looking to get up to 255-260 lbs but drop my fat to 10% or less. what can you recommend.
