Cycle update/help

Hey bros..week 4 of fina, just finished week 5 of d-bol on sun. I did 275 tonight on Military presses. I was doing 40mg of d-bol the first week then down to 35mg the remainder. I now have a small lump under my left nipple about the size of the end of a pin. I have nolvadex on hand..if this is caused by the fina will i still be able to stop it?? Also should i continue on with my fina? I have another 2 weeks.

But shouldn't i take nolvadex now to stop it from progressing..i'm still in my cycle. It wasn't there before
