cycle thoughts...

hey guys,

i plan on starting a new cycle and wanted to get your thoughts and opinions.

week 1-12: 500 mg/per week test E
week 1-12: 0.5 mg/per day arimidex
week 13ff
week 14-15: 0.25 mg/per day arimidex
week 14: 50 mg/per day nolvadex
week 14: 250 mg/per day clomid
week 15: 30 mg/per day nolvadex
week 15: 100 mg/ per day clomid
week 16-17: 0.25 mg/per EOD arimidex
week 16-17: 25 mg/per day nolvadex
week 16-17: 50 mg/per day clomid
week 18: 20 mg/per day nolvadex
week 18: 25 mg/per day clomid

is this gonna be alright you guys think?

At 500mg of Test E a week..........................you can save yourself some $ and meds by taking the .5 Arimidex EOD.
I would recommend HCG too if you have the ability to get it....or even HMG if you can find it.

I don't use Clomid or Nolvadex so I can't comment on those.

i think its an aweful lot of pct for a small cycle.

if its too much pct, what would you change dose wise and drug wise. the only reason i set it up like that is that i am a little more sensitive to gyno so i would rather play it safe.

i would just make it simple for pct,you dont need to use clomid and nolva..nolva alone is good enough

nolva 60mg 7 days
nolva 40mg 14 days
sustain througout
i wouldnt use the adex in post cycle

hmmm, ok so i should just run nolvadex then and forget the clomid? at what doses and for how long then? are the doses/period HAYEZ recommends perfect you think?

nelson doesnt like clomid or nolva..he only suggests otc products. otc products are fine to use but i suggest the base being nolva preferably or clomid along with whatever otc produts you want to try, good luck

im definitely going to run the nolva in the pct. i just want to make sure that i am running it at the correct doses and that it will be good enough by itself. here is my new revised cycle. is this better?

that looks good to me. but i still have to add that would still use the sustain alpha with it. it does help.
