I started my last cycle at 240lbs bf (who the fuck knows... it's higher than I want)
I put on 25 lbs but I'm down to 257.5 right now. I took armidex to help keep down the water bloat, so the 1 1/2 I put on my arms are very rewarding(knowing that it is not water bloat!)

Now That I'm off cycle and will soon start clomid...

It's time to get rid of some of this extra stubbern bf!
Yohimburn and Adipo kinetix will be used while I'm awaiting this, my next bulking cycle It's simple but seems to be effective

anadrol 50__50mgs____wks1 and 3 ___ed
d-bol______50mgs____wks4 thru 8 __ed
test cyp. __500mgs___wks1 thru 8
deca______400mgs___wks1 thru 8
EQ________400mgs___wks1 thru 8
clomid to start at week 11
1/4 to 1/2 a tab armidex thruout depending on the bloat
I have nolva from my last cycle!

Suppliments:....ala,tyler,ginger root,zinc,cranberry extract,

The only reason I running eq in this cyc is because it make me eat like a horse!
Exceptions:
The anadrol will probably raise to 100 on wks 2and 3
I might sub test depot for the cyp. if I can get it

Yes a-bombs are probably the harshest steroid on your liver, and I would not think of taking the two at the same time but one followed by the other seems fine ... with me!

D-bol followed by winny is in a lot of cycles that i've seen, both 17-aa's and ran alot longer than I'm running this. Not to say winny is as harsh as anarol!

Theyre not taken together, but theyre taken consecutively. That's 8 straight weeks of harsh 17aa steroid in your blood. Give your liver a break. try a ten week cycle with the first four with anadrol, then two weeks break, and the last four with d-bol, while running the deca/cyp/and eq throughout.
