Cycle Suggestion

Greetings. I'm looking for some cycle adice. I'm completely new to all of this but have observed the forums, done some homework and talked to several friends.

This will be my first experience with Anabolics.

Age - 28
Lifting History - Minimal
Height- 6'4"
Weight- 225
BF % - Have no idea but probably in the 20-25% range
Diet- Don't currently follow any particular diet
Goals- To add size in some areas (arms, chest, shoulders) while losing the fat...staying at our near my present weight.

Proposed Cycle- Week 1-4 50mg Dbol everyday
Week 1-10 Sustanon Injection twice a week
(250 mg Testosterone)
Week 1-10 200mg Deca twice a week
.05mg Arimidex everyday

A buddy of mine says I could do a cycle of just the Deca and see nice results. Suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Hi Wallace,

Just wondering why you would be juicing. It is best to go natural for awhile and get the most out of a good diet and workout plan. Juice should be utilized when you have exhausted the benefits of natural options. The cycle itself is a good one for bulk and strength, but 50mg of d-bol per day seems high. 15mg usually is enough for a novice. Your friend is correct also. Many would deter you from taking any test product in your first cycle. Deca is a great first roid because the negatives are so few. Anyway, good luck and welcome to the wonderful world of JUICE!
 
wait until your lifting history has gone from minimal to extensive
