Okay, I'm looking to start planning my first cycle. Since I already know your going to ask for my stats..here they are.

6'5"
220lbs
Been lifting for about 5 years, though have gotten pretty serious these last few months.
Lift 3x a week for 1-1.5 hours each time.
I've been consuming about 3k calories per day and 200g of protein. (planning on bumping this up to 2g per lb w/this cycle as well as about 3500 cals)
Currently i'm taking cyclotren, havoc, and cycle support. have a few weeks left then I'll do PCT, take some time off and hopefully i'll be ready for this cycle.

So what i'm thinking is.....

Test Enanthate 250mg wk. for 12 weeks. (2 shots per week)

and PCT i'm thinking nova/clomid (do I need both, or will nova be sufficient?)

I was thinking of bumping the test a lil higher, but for a first go around i'm thinking i'll go 250 to see how my body takes it.


How does this sound? Any help would be appreciated

what ur age?
first of all good choice with the test for first cycle, but at ur height and weight there is plenty of room for natural growth, i think u gain gain little more natty, if u do plan go with gear , ur cycle looks good, just keep and ai on hand cause u dont know how u will react to gear

Keep the suggestions coming. Its gonna be a few months before I start, so I wanna make sure I have all the information necessary.
 
I think it is good that your first cycle is test-enanth only. 26yo, going from 180lbs to 220 in 5 years naturallay is great. You definately should increase your caloric intake, and be sure to have a good balance between carbs, protien and essential fats. You are what you eat. Check out the diet forum.
I am old school, so I think clomid and nolva for pct is proper. frontload clomid first day with 200mg, 100mg a day for another 10 days, and 50mg 10 more days, 25mg nolva throughout whole pct. You should recover nicely with this protocol. 21 days total for pct. start 2 weeks after last test-e injection. If you can get it, run proviron throughout your cycle at 50 to 75mg a day.
My only concern is working out only 3x a week?? What kind of routines do you do? 3x a week is fine as long as your doing it right, but 1 to 1 1/2 hours a WO, rest periods between sets should only be 30 to 60 seconds in order to get ALL body parts hit hard enough to get effectively fatigued.
As far as bumping up your test, no need to go above 400mg a week for your first cycle. Personally, I would run the nolvadex throughout whole cycle at 20 to 25 mg a day, as prevention is better than cure. Some will disagree, and say to run an AI, but I have always used nolva and proviron durring my cycles with great results. The nolva will block those receptors from accepting the big E, and the proviron allows your body to utilize more of the free test in your body. All 3 compounds complament eachother nicely.

I normally only rest 30-60sec between each 5x5 which I find gets me great pumps.

Plus, I never wanted to "over" do my training. I was always afraid of working out too much and doing more harm than good.

Sounds good bro. If your rest periods are 30-60 seconds between sets, you are training hard and really fatigueing your muscles.

1-12 test 500mg ew
4-12 500iu's hcg ew
14-18 sustain alpha 5 pumps ed
if you like add some clomid 25-50mg ed with the sustain.

keep adex and letro on hand.
