I did a 6week cycle of sus250 10 yrs ago.
My job was extremely strenuos (sweating profusely all day
all the time...so all i could ever maintain was 155lbs.
chuckle if you like.....gained 15 lbs from 6weeker.
strength...bench 210 ......squat 505 (hack squat)
300lbs deadlift....at 170 lbs....great strength gains,
but work and an incredibly fast metabolism always hindered size.
I did however always keep that initial gain....and currently weigh 185lbs,
with a much slower metabolism...I've crept up on 200lbs a few times
eating like a mad man....To cut a rant short.......
can a 8-10 week sus250 @250 every e4d get me where i want to be,
based on the great results i had previously?
looking for sus250 regimen or possibly a couple add ins .
lifting experience 20yrs.. 5ft 10in 185lbs eating about 3,500-4000 calories a day right now ....still an endomorph in my mid 30's
