Cycle Plan

Weeks 1-12: 500mg Test Enth or Cyp
Weeks 1-12: 400mg EQ (or Deca)
Weeks 13-15: 100mg Test Prop ED
Weeks 1-15: 0.5-1mg Arimidex EOD
Weeks 14-15: 500iu HCG ED
Weeks 16-18: Clomid (as before, 300 then 100mg ED)

Quick history. I am currently at 195-200 5'9. I lead a busy career but still manage to get my meals and training in. I have done a few cycles before. Test/Deca/Dbol. I make good gains, but not the lean hard gains i am after. I notice a lot of water retention.

My peak has been 225lbs.

Have done blood test recently and test is a bit low. I am hoping I can kick start going forward with a much better pct protocol. I have used hcg in the past.
 
Test P 13-15? I've used that at the beginning of a cycle to jump start it vs using a oral. But unless you are competing I don't see the point of ending with it.

I definitely do not know everything, so hopefully someone smarter than me will jump in.

If you are worry about so much water retention go the EQ route but I would run it for 14wks @ 500 or 600 mg wkly other than that your good to go ,I would also cut back on so much clomid ,maybe 100mg the 1st week and 50mg the rest.

okay... first, there's no need at all to run prop those last two weeks so just drop that... definitely run eq over deca... why would you even consider deca if your not wanting water or bloat?? that's the king of that shit man...

MOST IMPORTANTLY... Your PCT is FUCKED... your clomid dosage is WAAAYYYYYYYY to fucking high man... WAY TOO HIGH! this should be your pct...

your hcg dosage is way off too btw...

your test is low because your PCT setup is pure shit... you should get some hcgenerate or unleashed before your cycle and get your test back up...

You don't need that much HCG, all you need is 250ui twice a week and start it around mid cycle or at least 5 weeks before the end.
