Critique my pics...

Ok I am midcycle on my second cycle...this is the catch. My first cycle I ended up at a chubby 187lbs and maintained to 180lbs. Since then, I've been 4 weeks into my second cycle and have lost a bit of bodyfat and am still at 180lbs while strength is up quite a bit and muscles are hardening and better separation. Yes I know I still got a gut.

I know I am very far from some of you guys physique wise...but I am also asian and have a hard time packing on some meat. We are all here to improve our bodies right? So don't be too critical. :)

The color pics were during my first cycle....the black and white are during my second cycle. I lost some of the front shots from my first cycle so I only have a back shot. Please keep in mind that I was severely depressed for the last 3 months due to a bad breakup with the X..:(...currently on Zoloft and hoping things will get better.

First cycle was Sustanon and Dbol.

Second cycle was Test enanthate, Dbol and EQ. Many bros have already told me that the Dbol i got for my second cycle might have been fake. I took the dbol for about 4 weeks and no pumps, no weight gain, nothing..so I dropped it.

I agree with BBU - you need to train naturally longer before starting on gear. You look very young, and from your physique its relatively evident that either you didn't train for long before jumping on the juice, or you didn't train & eat effectively before juicing. Brother, you need to sort those things out BEFORE you get geared up - not after.

I'd drop the gear, because frankly I think you can still improve naturally, and not worry about legal/medical issues.

I agree with the above posts. You should have been natural longer and spent the money from the last two cycles on Protein and food. Train hard and eat right and you should be able to blow away the results you achieved from AAS use.

i'm just gonna comment on your anti-depressant issues. fuck zoloft, that stuff is complete horseshit. trust me, i've been through a lot when it comes to mental illness, and the best meds on the market right now are wellbutrin and effexor (basically the same compound, just one is time-release). if i were you i'd tell my doc to get my ass on effexor. do that, get in some exercise everday, be productive, and you'll be a whole new man in about a month. trust me dude.

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE!

I promise you won't regret it. I've been there before...

Bro, I've been training for 6 years. When I was 155lbs my strength was nearly those that were 175ish. I'm almost 23 btw.

Thanks man, will take a note on that.

There is absolutely no way you have been training for 6 years, and still look like that. If you have, might as well quit, not doing you much good.
