It would help if you laid on the cycle for me good friend. That way I can see if you are missing any support sups,pct, ai's needed on hand and other shit.. Just lay out everything even if you think its a given...
Then I would also like for you to tell me exactly how many calories you plan to eat and where all of them will come from. IE protein/carbs/fats. Then after that lay out your entire training program and I will take a look at that too. When you are done send me a pm to let me know. Thanks
