Cycle on it's way.....help 2 weeks

suggestions on getting ready for it to get here, When it comes to working out, eating, hydration. N e precycle methods to better prepare my body.....I'll post the cycle if needed
 
Ok......I'm not gonna throw out all the knowledge i have bc then some noobs are just gonna agree with me. instead of posting useless info any actual help would be great.......it's my first cycle but i have alot of exp with gear and wanted to see what some experts at a forum would have to say

man,not tryign to be a dick,or flame u so dont get the wrong idea at all..but how do u have alot of exp wiht gear if this is ur first cycle??:confused:
 
It would help if you laid on the cycle for me good friend. That way I can see if you are missing any support sups,pct, ai's needed on hand and other shit.. Just lay out everything even if you think its a given...

Then I would also like for you to tell me exactly how many calories you plan to eat and where all of them will come from. IE protein/carbs/fats. Then after that lay out your entire training program and I will take a look at that too. When you are done send me a pm to let me know. Thanks
 
2 bodybuilders i'n the fam both use gear......amateurs of course they both work full-time, they have alot of advice but I'm not really the type to get all my info from one source, bc they get there info from the same place
