Cycle Input Please: Is this good?

Ok, so I can get on a HRT program thru a local doctor and this is what he suggested I do.

Just looking for some input on what looks good/bad.
I know they have Deca and other stuff to.

10 weeks of Testosterone Cypionate 210 mg/mL at 2 mL per week.
20 Anastrozol 1 mg tablets taken twice per week.
10 Tamoxifen 20 mg tablets 1/2 taken twice per week.
20 Days of HCG 1000 units every other day (PCT)
20 Days of Clomid 51 mg capsule taken every other day (PCT)

I thought if you were on HRT you were on permanently, meaning no PCT. One of the more experienced guys will chime in I'm sure.

if you're on HRT you don't need HCG or clomid for PCT! did the Doc recommend that?
