Deca 500 wk 1-10

thanks u guys for all ur opinions but i sat down late tonight talk with a friend and im gonna run sust at 750mg a week 1-10 and then run eq at 500mg a week 1-15, being its summer and everything help stay a little leaner. so im dropping the deca but ill probably pick that back up in the winter though. thansk guys
