Ok guys I am 30 years old 5-07 175 around 13 % bodyfat, been working out 5 years and done 5 cycles in the last 3 years. Here is what i have.

Insulin
175 tabs of halo
alot of clen and T3
the goal is like everyone to lean up and gain muslce.
how should i do it boyz
