Cycle help PLEASE!!!

I will have 1 bottle of cypro which is 125cyp/75prop(10ml), 1 300cc bottle of tokyo deca(10ml), and 20 shots of sust 250. And some novaldex on hand. It is my 3rd cycle. I used doses of 400 deca and 500 sust for my last cycle and gained 25 lbs kept 20 over a year ago. Could you guys please help me build a cycle with this. any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

kind of hard to do because you didn't give us any other info like experience, number of cycle, previous doses etc. the cypro is 30ml right?
