Cycle HELP !!!PLEASE

I am trying to find out if a 250mg bottle of Test C and 200mg bottle of deca, will last for 8 wks.
Is 1cc of each good per week. What should I use for PCT.

wow...........at least tell us how many ml's of each you have
 
Not really. IMO you need to double that dosage for it to be really effective. SOme will disagree.

You need to do a little foot work on your own. Head over to the PCT forum and read.
 
I have 10ml of each. My source told me that was good for 10wks.
I used deca and dbol before and I was taking 3cc a week and he said i was crazy.
I have never taken test and deca so i don't know the potency.
Please shed some light on this.

I have cycled twice before about 5 yrs ago. I Just started to work out again for the first time last week for this year.

workout for a couple months hard and then get back in the game

run test and deca ...400mg/deca/10weeks
500-600 mg /test/12weeks
 
I am 33/M, I have cycled twice before about 5 years ago, Deca Dur..and Dbol (oral)

What would be the draw back of starting before working out a couple of months. I was planning on starting after 2 wks of hard work out.

bcz u jsut started working out again...just start lifting..for 3weeks-2 months...then do it.... take it slow bro... or maybe 2 weeks might be fine for you but certainly i woul dtake 3 weeks - 2 months off...until i feel like i need a boost if u kno what i mean ...its up to you bro

You need to lift low weights and high reps for a few weeks to strengthen your ligaments and tendons first. Then start lifting hard for a few more weeks minimum the biggest "Natural" gains you are going to get when you just start lifting again will be the first few weeks.

Anyway strengthen your ligaments and tendons are super super important especially if you are thinking AAS. The last thing you want is your muscles getting strong too fast for the parts that hold them to your body. Thats when injuries occur! This is just my opinion. Also learn your diet that is huge. But at least take a multi-vitamin eveeryday. You might be eating the right foods and all but missing just one key ingredient that a multi-vitamin will provide to make it all work together and efficiently.

Keep your head in the game and givem hell too. Dont worry about bieng weak. Compete against yourself everyday not against the guy next to you. When you measure your successes and gains against yourself you will see that it is working and that in itself will motivate you to work even harder.
 
Train and take advantage of muscle memory first before you start a cycle.For a third cycle you need to double what you got for it to be effective. Lots of luck!!
