I would like to have some advice for a cycle if anyone is willing to share some experience? I am 5'9", 198, around 19% bf. I have been training consistantly for 4 years and am at a standstill with my gains. I am in the service and have a pretty busy schedule. As far as my diet goes I try to be as strict as I can, when my work schedule allows. I would like to bulk up, but not too fast or too much due to not wanting to attract too much attention from coworkers. I am interested in any input......thanks.
