Cycle help please?

I would like to have some advice for a cycle if anyone is willing to share some experience? I am 5'9", 198, around 19% bf. I have been training consistantly for 4 years and am at a standstill with my gains. I am in the service and have a pretty busy schedule. As far as my diet goes I try to be as strict as I can, when my work schedule allows. I would like to bulk up, but not too fast or too much due to not wanting to attract too much attention from coworkers. I am interested in any input......thanks.
 
Honestly at 19% I would diet down before hitting up a cycle.

That said if your gonna juice to diet, I would run a prop/var var stack for 8 weeks.

I wouldn't use any juice to try and gain muscle at this point if I were you.
 
They can test but it has to be a special request. They don't just test out of the blue. Most commands won't test unless you make it an issue. You are on them now or are planning on doing them again? I am finding it difficult to find them anymore....all of my sources are out of the country. I would love to do another cycle.

In this case, I COMPLETELY DISAGREE----If you doesnt want any co-workers, etc. to take notice, then he should get on NOW---like run test E for 10-12 weeks and DIET DOWN HARD while on----it will help you lean out and when you lean out your "surprising" new muscle will show----nobody will know that it came from TEST..........

If you diet down and get lean, then jump on a cycle....well guess what
