Cycle help for MMA/P90X type workouts

I'm looking for a little advice on what could be the best type of cycle to run if I'm doing p90x and workouts like that, along with a lot of cardio. I'm 22, 185lbs. A couple years ago I ran some winny, eq, and test enan. so this won't be my first time. and I'm not looking to get huge, just ripped and maybe gain 10 or 15 pounds. I've got the diet and training covered, just looking for a little advice.
 
p90 what?????
u mean those toys sold on tv and on the net.
just go to the gym man or buy a couple of dumbells with a bench at least, u won't grow any muscle with these gadgets.
aas without hard work won't do u anything just some sides.
 
You should get a real training program first and make sure you are doing the right type of cardio for fat loss (slow cardio ). The diet is the most important thing in reaching your goals.

A good cycle to go with the above is

week 1-12 Test E 500 / week
week 4-10 anavar 50mg day

Remember you wont get the results desired with the gear unless you train, eat and cardio right.
 
I'm not actually doing the p90x program, I'm doing an improved workout like that. I've done the program and it was actually pretty tough and it gave me good results with the right diet and supplements. Basically, I'm going for a 300 type build for good balanced strength, speed, and endurance. If you or anyone else have any ideas on better ways to go about it than a 300/p90x type workout I'm open to everyone's advice.

Does anyone have any cycle advice for this type of workout? I considered running a mild 300mg/week of test enanthate and adding some eq to that. What do you guys think? How much eq should I run with 300-400mg/test enanthate a week? I'm also looking for a cycle of around 12 weeks.

Thanks for the advice nitro, the p90x program alone wouldn't really call for any kind of aas

And goal, that's right around the type of cycle I'm considering. I'm not gonna be doing anything half-ass here, I wouldn't waste aas on that. Thanks for the help
 
Well although the workout 90 x is not going to be received well here.

Strictly for Mass preservation; Test alone for 8 weeks will do just fine ( 350 mgs a week will be great)

then do a normal PCT
