Thats just what I have at my disposal im not gonna just smash every compound into my body an just suffer with possible side that I'm too inexperienced to deal with my bf is low ish so I thought a ten weeks bulk im not concerned with abs for summer and then hit the promastren for the next cycle . Thanks for input bro I need all the advice I can get
