Cycle for good clean gains, no bloat

Hi I'm new to this forum and I'm just looking for some advice on any cycles you guys may have ran that have given you good clean gains with not much bloat. Thanks
 
I'm 23, standing tall at 5'7 ;) ha 170lbs and about 15% bf. Have a clean diet. I've been training g for 10 years playing rugby and for the last 4 years using the gym on an almost daily basis. I ran a cycle last year weeks 1-5 using clen and winny, weeks 6-12 winny n test prop. I got and kept some good gains from it. But for my next cycle just wanting that little bit more. Thanks

Research and propose a cycle, don't ask anyone to do the work for you...

A moderate dose of test prop with winny does meet your stated goals. If you can afford it, primo is the ultimate no-bloat mass builder but it is slow and requires a long cycle. The long cycle, in turn, requires HCG use to ensure your testes do not atrophy.

Some crazy person may recommend tren; but for a 2nd cycle, don't go near it.
 
Well I was thinking the same again but maybe run the cycle for longer? Moneys not an issue or anything I'd just rather have a good steady growth as spouses to getting massive fast but losing a lot when I'm off. I did use hcg in my pct on that last course, I was advised to. So do you guys think just stick to what worked or maybe add a lil extra? All of your advice is greatly appreciated :)

You can get complete lean gains or complete fat and water gains from any given cycle. It all depends on diet.
 
Yhyh boss like I said I hve a good clean diet, I'm very conscious of what and how much I eat
