Cycle Dilemma. What should I do?

Okay, I know what pain you are talking about.

This worked in my case:

Instead of flat bench presses do incline bench presses. Substitute regular skull crushers with decline skull crushers.

For military presses, use dumbells at a high incline (as opposed to a 90 degree bench)

I used to get the same thing back in the day..
Make sure you are practicing perfect form with every exercise you are doing (esp when you are using your arms).
This sounds like a muscle strain to me. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water.Also try arranging your workouts so that your arms are not getting worked every day. If you do chest on day1, and back on day 2, and legs on day 3, switch it so legs is in between chest and back so your arms get an extra day of rest. Maybe you are overworking them.
