FFQuads

New member
30 years old
5'7
193 lbs.

I have pictures under members pic.

Cycle will be:
Cyp 250 ew 10 weeks
Andropen 275 ew 10 weeks
Deca 250 ew 10 weeks
D-bol 30mg ed for 4 weeks

Still have to get BF% down before I start. Current diet is working good but I need some help on the NEW diet when I start in about 45-60 days. I have to be careful or I'll get huge. Not what I'm looking for.... Looking to stay somewhat lean this time around and will let some size go if I can keep the gains leaner. Last time I got up around 235 lbs. and just to blocky. Below is my current diet...

2200-2400 cal.
300 protein
80-100 carb
etc...

8 am - cardio

9 am - Myoplex shake, one fruit, and one tablespoon real peanut butter

12 pm - 6 ounces lean meat and one cup green veg.

3 pm - two scoop protein and one fruit

3:30 pm - weight training

5 pm - two scoop protein

8 pm - 6 ounces lean meat and one cup green veg.

11 pm - two scoop protein

What do ya'll think? Thanks...

I've never taken anything before myself so you might get a better response on the Anabolic Forum. For me, however, I do plenty of mini bulking cutting cycles throughout the year alternating several weeks of high calories to gain muscle, strength and fat, then diet for a few weeks to get any newly gained fat off. Not sure if you can do this with AAS.

I'd use the mirror as a judge of how the diet's working. Start off at 25x bodyweight for the first week, take notice of the fat/muscle weight gain ratio and go from there decreasing or increasing calories as a result of how you look. Most AAS need excess calories to promote anabolism so I wouldn't get to caught up with staying really lean throughout your entire cycle.

Most the time I just don't have the option to eat solids all day. That's why you see all the protein supps. What's the thoughts on the diet when I start the cycle???

25x?? That's a bit over 4000 cal. I think. What type of split? My protein is high and I don't think I'll need anymore but I'm a bit worried about adding all those carbs. I know I'll get some fat with this bulk but I'm trying to keep it as low as possible.

If 25 x bodyweight is too high for your body, you could always just go 500 calories above your daily maintenence per day and see how that works. I'd take advantage of the increase in glycogen synthase while your "on". The more water entering your cells the stronger you'll get which most of the time translates into more lean body mass gains. But for a guy your size I'd start with at least 3500 calories a day. Going down any further to stay lean would kind of defeat the purpose of the cycle. Most guys I've seen at the gym get pretty bloated when they're using AAS and then look bigger and leaner once the bloat and fat is gone.

i would say at the most you should drink 2 shakes a day...maybe pre and post workout....i'm sure you'll see good gains off the cycle but i would make sure to do it right....def less protein supps if you can. maybe carry some beef jerky's or walnuts or something you can carry around with you if convience is a problem! also, i see no good carb sources....brown rice, oatmeal etc....i don't know man....i would maybe hold off on the cycle until you can get the diet right. just my 2c.....good luck bro i hope you get great gains!

good point on the quality carb sources, didn't notice.

Oatmeal (rolled and/or steel cut), yams (sweet potatoes, or "regular"), brown rice.

whats the best cals/fat/carbs/protein ratio again? mainly for losing fat and preparing for cycle....as above.....

there is no "best" ... pick one and try it for awhile... don't like it, change it up until you find one that works for your body.

BB'ers tend to over analyize and go with "whatever the best" is. Experimentation will lead you to the best that is for YOU, and only YOU... that's the best ratio... You:You

This diet you are reading guys is my diet right now. I'm trying to get BF% low. That's why you see low carbs. I'm looking for help with diet when I start in about 45-60 days. Thanks..

yeah like sarge said....post your bulking diet when you get a chance....

there's alot of nutrients your missing by drinking so many of those shakes....

Here is my idea. Remember that I put weight on like crazy! Last time I started at 200 and finished at 235. That time 5000-6000 cals.

My idea this time:

8 am - cardio

9 am - Myoplex shake, 1/2 cup oats, one fruit, and one tablespoon real peanut butter

12 pm - 8 ounces lean meat, 1/2 cup brown rice, and one cup green veg.

3 pm - two scoop protein and one fruit

3:30 pm - weight training

5 pm - two scoop protein

8 pm - 8 ounces lean meat, 1/2 cup brown rice, and one cup green veg.

11 pm - two scoop protein - maybe different protein source??? Solids???

if your bulking why not throw in some anpb in the mix as your last meal??...hell i eat anpb on my cutting diet.

i know you said it's a matter of not being able to eat solid meals all the time....most of us have the same problem... but we cook a bunch of meals (ie sunday) for the rest of the week and then just pack them with us throughout the day...that's what i do anyway...very convenient. i know i def would not be able to eat 5 solid meals a day if i didn't cook it in advance. red meat is great for bulking but honestly bro....one should never consume 4 shakes a day that make up more then half your diet....

if i want to lose weight FAT FAST, should i eat a 3800cal/day or a 1600cal/day diet and cardio 45min X 2/day? and also weight train? some folks say that will add unwanted bulk.....however, won't that help build more muscle to burn the crap?......initially see a gain, then start losing......eh?

i know its not that simple, but maybe someone will see the complexity in the simplicity....

as I said before, i'm a big proponent of max 1 shake per day... so I'm not sure if you HAVE to use the powder out of convience or what... eat some chicken instead :)

11pm meal: ANPB and some egg whites or chicken/beef

Post up what the Macros for this bulk will be with what you've listed.

Bro start your own thread. That's what we call Thread JACKING.

:newbie:

ah, shit....my bad.....i didn't read the manual.....my apologies to the thread police.... lol :worried:

i meant to tie it in to this thread.....alex said to start with at least 3500 calories.....but if the guy was trying to lose weight, wouldn't he want to eat less than that? sorry, my newbie ass don't know shit i guess.....the thing is i read discrepencies all over the board....you know, different people say different shit.....hard to say exactly whats going on......
so for example, if he consumed 3500 cals a day, he would build more muscle to burn the fat than if he ate at 1600 cals/day and put his body in "starvation" mode where it clings to the fat? i guess....shit i don't know

can anyone explain without using the word glycolatiumate-01.4x to the Nth degree?

Right here sarge. :lmao:

The 3500 calorie suggestion was the bulking diet suggestion after FFQuads completes his cutting cycle and is starting his AAS cycle. Not for cutting. Hope that cleared things up.

he is also running a cycle bro...hence he needs more calories then normal...

seriously though...post your diet and goals on a new thread so we can help you.

This guy is at least keeping me at the top. I will be changing 11 pm meal to solids. The rest of the supps. I'm going to leave the same. I am a Firefighter and have a hard time durring the day eating solids for these two other meals. Sometimes out training or on calls... Easy to just swallow a shake in seconds. If it's a must to keep supps. were they are exept for 11 pm meal changes. What else do you think might be of help??? That 11 pm meal will be 6 ounces lean meat and veg. What do you think of carb. intake? higher...lower..?? Thanks again!

80-100g will prob work....may have to tweak it a little if you don't see progress...maybe cut the carbs by 20g and see what that does...it's all about what works for you...i'm 27...weight 169lbs....and i've been cutting on about 80g carbs a day....until i see myself start to plateu i'll keep things the way it is. use the mirror as your guide...
