Cycle Diet help....

40mg var ED for 10 weeks.

Goal:
drop 3-5% BF and add about 10 pounds of LBM......

Stats:
26 y/o
6'-1"
195 #
~15% BF

Diet:
3 MRP'S evene spaced between meals.....1 post workout
Total Macro:
54g fat
36g carb
96g pro

Break-
1 cup oatmeal w/ splenda.

Lunch-
1 med. chicken breast for lunch.
salad

Dinner-
2 med. chicken breast.
1 cup brown rice (or flavored rice)

Breakdown:

Cals: Fat: Carb: Protein:
2365 85 122 260

Supps:
r-ala 2-300mg before meals.
T-rex 2-3/day
GTE 800mg/day

Any recommendations?

georgie....not really wanting to go over my BMR.

Yep...effervesent creatine should be on my list too.
 
I think you should incorporate cheat days in your diet bro.. just go balls out on any meal (one meal per week) preferabbly before 5pm. I greatly believe it keeps from your thyroid becomes dormant and it will actually benefit you. (revs up metabolism) and NO you will not gain fat.

I didn't include it in the diet, but I do usually incorporate them....I usually do them on the weekends...and go moderaletly each day......you're right....it gives me something to look forward to and helps ease the mind. Even though I'm taking in carbs, they are minimal.....Hell with the r-ala, it may send me into ketosis...if that is the case, I will cut back on the protein and add some more carbs.

Yep...add some more carbs and good fat in....like already said, ANPB would be good. Just base it off your BMR.
