curretnt stats are: 6'0" 188lbs @ 9% b.f.
this will be my fourth cycle. Im looking for strength gains and to cut mid section BF.

any tips or advice?
 
Looks good except the eq. You won't feel 200mg/week. Trust me, eq is weak. I didn't say it's bad, just that it's weak. I felt I wasted my eq at 400mg/week.

After reading several others experiences with eq, it seems the dose where you start to notice stuff is 600mg/week. Now, if this is your 4th cycle, you might wanna look into 600mg/week. But at the very least double it. And me, I will be doing 800mg/week my next time around.

Some will tell you that you are running the fina too long. Fuck'em. Fina is good. Just be careful, if you get any sides from the fina, get off. Drink plenty o' water. Eat plenty o' protein.

Also, if gyno starts to rear it's ugly head from this cycle, its from the fina. And that means progesterone. If that happens, you will need the winny, and should stop the fina until the gyno is under control.

You should check out some of fukkenshredded's posts on winny. Not only does he love it, he claims the longer you are on, the better. I know he has done 12 weekers and more.

Why don't you take the winny atr the end off your cycle? good hardening agent!!
 
BMX, if lower dosages work for you stick with it. To me it's training, eating, and sleeping that are the most important factors. If u get all those into play u will grow. No need for monster dosages of AAS.

I've revised your cycle, take a look and tell me what u think:

I upped the dosages on EQ and Ethante to 400mg considering u have used 200mg in your previous cycles. I think that's a good(not high at all) dosage to stick with for a while but if u feel u can still grow off of 200mg by all means do it! Arimidex was an over kill at 1mg/day so I lowered it to .5mg/day. Also 1 week of clomid won't be enough to get your test back, so I adjusted it. As for the winny go ahead and pop it back in the first 4 weeks if u want, but I don't think it's needed.

So what do u think?

I was running the test and EQ low for a raeson though.

Test- for the positve mental benefits and general good feeling (not for size)

EQ-as a base anabolic/anticatabolic and a increase in recovery.

tren and winny I want @ an effective dose, as they aren't great mass builders for me, but they will definitely help with the mid-section BF removal.

shouldnt' I use winny w/ tren to prevent progestrogenic sides?

I don't want to flame or anything but it seems like a waste to me to spend a shit load of $$ on gear if you are not looking to get major results from it. Sounds to me like you just want to lose a little bit of fat, why not just use eca or dnp or something and adjust your diet (cut cals by like 500 below maintenence while keeping protein high) and training (put some more cardio in there) to get cut?
 
I agree with you Drewkemp, and i want to mention Clenbuterol too, Works great for me when it comes to cutting.In cont.prep.,I always use it 8 weeks to the contest.
