This is his second cycle ever...

He is 5'8 175

Week 1: 100mg Yellowcap Deca , 250mg Russian Sust
Week 2: 200mg Yellowcap Deca , 250mg Russian Sust
Week 3: 200mg Yellowcap Deca , 250mg Testoviron
Week 4: 200mg Yellowcap Deca , 250mg Testoviron
Week 5: 200mg Yellowcap Deca , 250mg Testoviron
Week 6: 200mg Yellowcap Deca , 250mg Testoviron
Week 7: 100mg Yellowcap Deca , 250mg Testoviron
Week 8: 100mg Primo
Week 9: 100mg Primo

Clomids and Nolvadex throughout cycle starting week 5..

at lest 300-400mgs of deca and 500-750mgs of test....but i have seen people grow on low amount so tell your friend to go for it
