Primo+Var+Test+OT Kickstart
A lifetime lifter and athlete, 35yo, been in the iron game for more than 20 years at highly competitive levels most of the time. Some medical issues and multiple surgeries led to HRT...so its been about 5-6 months on HRT, and looking to "cycle" for 12 weeks.
From about 16 years old to 31 years old, I was always in the 235lbs to 245lbs range at 10%-12% Bodyfat. Serious medical issues wiped out training for 3 years, and my hormones and immune system. Been back to training for 8 months now, on HRT for about 5-6 months, and still trying to get back to what I was naturally my entire life. Im currently 240 lbs about 18-20% BF. Now before anyone flames the whole diet and cardio, dont do gear until your 15% or what not...I know how to train, diet, etc, and have been lean and BIG my entire life...my test, thyroid, cortisol, etc all shut down and due to illness and surgeries couldnt train for 3 years. So now Im on HRT, trying to get back to what I was naturally. If Im gonna be on HRT I thought I might as well spice it up. Id really appreciate any feedback or input.
Looking to maintain muscle mass and continue to drop bodyfat, not looking to get huge I already have good quality muscle mass.
400mg week Primo (HG legit)
50mg daily Anavar (HG), plus possibly add in 30mg UG lab Anavar for 80mg daily for last 6 weeks of cycle
200-300mg Test weekly
HCG 250iu 3x week
GH 2.5mg 3x week IM
T3/T4 4 grains daily (not for "fat burning" thats just what I need for my health)
Also considering kick starting it with 40mg daily Oral Turinabol for 3-4 weeks? Opinions on that?
Also, would there be a benefit in bumping up Test to 400-500mg weekly or since I am running Primo and Anavar 200-300mg weekly enough to maintain muscle and drop fat?
Since Im on HRT and am recovering from other health issues like Adrenal Fatigue, Ive been advised not to do calorie restricted diets. Just stick with lean meats, fish, veggies, and minimal fruit...but I cheat and eat rice only because its so darn easy...so lots of chicken and rice, protein shakes, lean beef, veggies...
