Cycle Assistance - Bloat, Meals

Something that I used to do when I had issues of time and eating was to grill some lean steaks (enough to last a couple of days) or boneless chicken breasts. I'd keep them in a fridge at work and I would eat my meals cold sometimes. I'd be working and have a cold steak in my hand, eating it as I would work. I would even toss tuna into my cold oatmeal and eat that if I had to. I know some jobs like construction for instance wouldn't allow you the opportunity to hold a cold steak in one hand and a jackhammer in the other, but if you can find a way to get creative, do so, so that you can eat regularly.
 
2 meals a day? Thats just spinnin your wheels. At least drink some protien shakes in between. 2 meals a day would f up any cycle. If you are eating 2 huge meals a day then thats where the fat came from. If they are small then you are just hindering your gains.
